CP Careers in Maharashtra, India is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Lead Generation Executive to support the HVLS fan sales cycle. You will help generate qualified leads, follow up with potential clients, and assist the team with market research across industries.

You'll coordinate with the design and technical teams on specifications, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM records while traveling to client sites when required.

Formación

• Pursuing/completed BBA/MBA (Sales/Marketing) or BE Mechanical or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and generate leads for HVLS fan installations.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Follow up with prospective clients via calls/emails and maintain CRM/lead trackers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, client meetings, and demos.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager.
• Liaise with the technical/design team to address client queries on fan specifications.

Role Overview
Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and market research for HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) industrial fans, gaining exposure to B2B industrial sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for HVLS fan installations across industries (warehouses, manufacturing units, poultry farms, gyms, textile mills, etc.)
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
• Follow up with prospective clients via calls/emails and maintain CRM/lead trackers
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, client meetings, and demos
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager
• Liaise with the technical/design team to address client queries on fan specifications (CFM, diameter, motor type, energy efficiency, etc.)

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales/industrial products
• MS Excel/Word proficiency; CRM familiarity is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client visits (if required)
