Job summary

Meadows Wellness India is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to develop and execute strategies across clinics, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. You will lead lead conversion, upselling, renewals and renewals while coordinating with Marketing and Operations to maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales leadership and strong negotiation and client-handling skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. This role is based in UP, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 2-8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales reporting/MIS.

Responsibilities
