Job Summary:

Clinic Dermatech is looking for a Sales Head with experience in the skin, hair, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinic industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, improving client conversions, and achieving revenue targets across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise sales teams across assigned clinic locations to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, revenue generation, lead conversion rates, and appointment-to-sale ratios.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase treatment bookings, package sales, and repeat business.
• Oversee client follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Guide the team on client handling, consultation processes, objection handling, and sales closure techniques.
• Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities to improve team productivity and clinic revenue.
• Ensure effective lead management and follow-up of enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels.
• Coordinate with clinic managers and other departments to improve customer experience and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual targets, and support team members in meeting their goals.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat visits, package renewals, and client retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the skin, hair, dermatology, aesthetic clinic, beauty, or wellness industry.
• Experience in sales, revenue generation, and client conversion.
• Team handling or sales leadership experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
