Job summary

SevenMentor Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to guide the Career Counselling/Sales team and drive monthly admissions and revenue. You will monitor leads, conversions, and overall team performance, while supporting counsellors in conversions and handling key enquiries.

The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a target-oriented mindset with a track record in sales, preferably in Education/EdTech or course sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in Education/EdTech/Course Sales/Inside Sales.
• Team handling experience preferred; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Career Counselling/Sales team to drive performance.
• Drive monthly admission and revenue targets for the team.
• Monitor leads, conversions and team performance to ensure targets are met.
• Handle key enquiries and support counsellors in conversions.
• Train and motivate the team to maintain high standards.
