Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer and channel partner relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive lead generation, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and individual/team performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer and channel partner relationships.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Management teams to ensure smooth customer conversion and handover.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates to the management.
• Establish and monitor sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive plans.
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Take ownership of revenue generation and overall sales performance.
