Job summary

SkyHawker is seeking a dynamic Sales executive for international flight sales and ticketing, leveraging Amadeus GDS to quote fares and issue tickets. You will handle flight bookings, upsell services, and manage B2B/B2C relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.

You should have hands-on Amadeus GDS experience, graduate qualification, and strong English, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Prior international route exposure (US/Canada) and shift flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
• Prior travel industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in international flight sales and ticketing, preferably US/Canada routes.
• Good English communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets and US/Canada shifts.
• B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.
• Team handling experience preferred for Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle flight booking inquiries through calls, chats, and emails.
• Search flight availability, check fares, and prepare quotations using Amadeus GDS.
• Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed flight bookings.
• Upselling to promote extra services like baggage, seat selection, and travel insurance.
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for ticketing, fare holds, and reissues.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes, and escalations.
• Manage corporate clients, travel agents, individual customers, and consolidator relationships.
• Negotiate competitive fares for group bookings and bulk ticketing.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure correct PNR creation and GDS entries to minimize errors and ADM issues.
