Neuraleap Group in Nagpur is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive lead generation and convert inquiries into bookings for travel packages. You will understand customer needs and propose suitable options while building lasting relationships with clients.

You will stay updated on travel trends, achieve monthly targets, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth travel arrangements, and maintain records in CRM.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years in sales, travel industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools required

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
