Job summary

Assistara is seeking a travel sales associate in Uttar Pradesh who will handle inbound US PPC flight booking calls and propose suitable options to customers.

You will convert inquiries into sales, manage reservations, fare quotes, ticketing, changes, cancellations and refunds while meeting revenue targets. Night shifts aligned to US timings are required. Strong communication and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in US travel sales.
• Mandatory experience handling US PPC flight booking calls.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets.
• Knowledge of flight booking processes and fare calculations.
• Experience with GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
