Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to run a Berkowits clinic like your own business. You will lead the clinic team, ensure great service to every client, and drive revenue.

With 8–10 years of total experience and sales client-handling background in aesthetics, you will manage operations, supervise consultants, doctors and front desk, and work toward monthly targets while upholding Berkowits SOPs.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.
• Sales and client-handling experience in a hair, skin, or aesthetic clinic.
• Good record of meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.
• Hold a short team meeting every morning and set daily goals.
• Help the clinic achieve targets, including monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Give consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.
• Make sure every service is safe, clean and on time, as per Berkowits SOPs.
• Solve client complaints quickly and politely.
• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls, and share reports with the Cluster Manager.
• Train and guide your team, and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics | Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad,

Location:2nd Floor, Road No. 36 (above Tailorman Showroom, next to Chutneys Restaurant), Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033

Salary: ₹7 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Science or Aesthetics background preferred)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• 8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.

Good to have

• Knowledge of treatments like laser hair reduction, PRP, hair transplant, and hair replacement.
• Experience with clinic software or CRM tools.
• Can speak the local regional language along with Hindi and English.
