Job summary

Motherly Built World Pvt Ltd in Noida is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (interior design & construction) to generate new business, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the full sales cycle.

You will meet clients, present design-build solutions, coordinate with architects and engineers, and close projects with a client-centric approach. Hybrid work in Noida Sector-3.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or design-build preferable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and project scope.
• Able to coordinate with design and technical teams.
• Self-driven and able to manage leads independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients for interior, exterior, and construction projects.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to propose solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting leads into projects for our design and build services. You will interact with potential clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with our design and technical teams, and guide the client through the complete sales process.

This role requires someone who understands Design & Build Construction sales and can confidently communicate project value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
