Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Pune, Maharashtra, India, is hiring for a full-time retail sales associate. You will work toward monthly and daily targets, greet customers, demonstrate products, and help them choose perfumes while maintaining store standards and promotions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.

Requirements

• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
