Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Mumbai is seeking a store sales associate to drive daily and monthly targets, deliver high customer satisfaction, and showcase MYOP products. You will participate in promotions, assist customers with product selection, and maintain an inviting in-store environment.

You will handle stock, merchandising, and SOP adherence while developing product knowledge and multilingual client interactions.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Sales and inviting customers to outlet.
• Introduce customers to the concept of MYOP and demonstrate products.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and stock checks.
• Conduct stock audits and daily checklists; place stock requests to HO.
• Receive and validate stock; escalate complaints to Cox dept if needed.
