Job summary
Shrikrishiv Marketing is seeking a Sales & Customer Acquisitive Executive to join our Malad, Mumbai team. The role focuses on outbound and inside sales, B2C and B2B conversion, and customer onboarding, with immediate joiners preferred.
The position involves six-day workweeks and a competitive salary between 5 LPA and 8 LPA. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, knowledge of the domestic Indian market, and experience with CRM systems, dialers, and WhatsApp Business tools.
Qualifications
- Outbound Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / BDE experience
- Strong Domestic Indian Market experience
- Excellent English Communication – Mandatory
- Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Gujarati / Marathi – Added Advantage
- Strong persuasion, negotiation & objection-handling skills
- Proven sales & conversion target achievement
- KYC / Customer Onboarding experience preferred
- Comfortable with CRM, Diallers, WhatsApp Business & digital sales tools
- AI / Voice AI calling experience – Added Advantage
