Job summary

Square Yards in Mumbai (Andheri East) is hiring for Sales Executive and Sales Associate to drive field sales, build client relationships, and achieve targets.

The role offers 5-day work weeks, with CTC from 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA plus uncapped incentives and opportunities for immediate joining. Relevant field sales experience preferred; freshers are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Field Sales is required.
• Experience in B2C Sales, Real Estate, Retail, BFSI, Loans, or Insurance preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling.
• Target-oriented professionals with a proven sales mindset.
• Candidates serving notice period or available for immediate joining will be given preference.
