Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet monthly and daily targets.
• Invite customers into the outlet.
• Introduce customers to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present perfume products.
• Assist customers in choosing the right fragrance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Conduct stock audits and assist stock control.
• Complete DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to head office.
• Validate and receive stock deliveries.
• Address and escalate customer complaints to CX department.

• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
