Vishvas Oil Maker Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Tele Sales to join our team in Surat. The role focuses on generating sales, handling customer inquiries, explaining products, following up on leads, and achieving monthly targets.

Office-based role with no field sales requirement; training and guidance will be provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales or inside sales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic English and computer knowledge.
• Confidence in customer handling, convincing and negotiation.
• Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and technical details.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, marketing campaigns and customer references.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing and benefits.
• Share product details, videos and quotations with customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Handle quotations, payment follow-ups, order confirmation and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Build customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
