Job summary

Nishal Gems, a Surat-based diamond trader and manufacturer, seeks a driven Sales Executive to expand its B2B client base domestically and internationally.

You will own the sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing, building strong relationships with jewelers, wholesalers, and trade buyers while leveraging CRM tools and MS Excel for forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, gems & jewelry, or a related luxury/export industry.
• Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs), certification standards, and lab-grown vs natural market dynamics (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with international client communication (email, calls, WhatsApp Business).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Requirements
