We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Diamond Sales
Executive to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our diamond
jewellery segment. The candidate should have strong product knowledge,
excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery based on their preferences and requirements
• - Promote diamond collections, new arrivals, and exclusive designs to achieve sales targets
• - Explain diamond quality (cut, color, clarity, carat), certifications, and craftsmanship
• - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
• - Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively- Maintain store display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• - Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and inventory handling
• - Stay updated on diamond trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• - Participate in promotions, events, and customer engagement activities
• - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Requirements:
• - Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
• - Prior retail sales experience is mandatory (Diamond jewellery experience preferred)
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
• - Good knowledge of diamond grading and jewellery presentation
• Working Hours:
• - 10 hours per day
