Job summary

ANK Solar Energy in Surat, Gujarat, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to identify and convert new opportunities, meet with clients to understand their requirements, and demonstrate suitable products and services.

You will build lasting relationships, achieve targets, prepare quotations and proposals, update CRM with activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales service.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
