Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Kerala seeks a full-time retail sales associate to drive monthly and daily targets while delivering strong customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate and present products, assist customers in selecting perfumes, and maintain store standards and merchandising.

You will also handle stock requests, receive deliveries, and support promotions in-store. Freshers welcome; multilingual candidates encouraged to apply, with excellent communication and time-management

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store.
• Adhere to store etiquette and store timings.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Complete DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
