Skhaira is a digital platform helping beauty & wellness businesses manage and grow digitally. We seek Sales Executives who can connect with salons, demonstrate Skhaira, and convert interested businesses into paying customers.

Role is field-based in Sambalpur with a commission-only structure. Freshers and experienced sales professionals are welcome; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to drive onboarding and long-term growth in the SaaS space.

• Visit or contact salons, parlours, spas, massage centres, and other beauty & wellness businesses.
• Introduce and demonstrate the Skhaira SaaS platform.
• Understand the business owner's requirements and explain relevant features.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
• Follow up with interested business owners and convert leads into successful sales.
• Assist businesses during the initial onboarding process when required.
• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners.

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives / Business Development Representatives who can connect with beauty & wellness businesses, demonstrate Skhaira, explain its benefits, and convert interested businesses into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit or contact salons, parlours, spas, massage centres, and other beauty & wellness businesses.
• Introduce and demonstrate the Skhaira SaaS platform.
• Understand the business owner's requirements and explain relevant features.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
• Follow up with interested business owners and convert leads into successful sales.
• Assist businesses during the initial onboarding process when required.
• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Commission Structure

20% Commission on Successful Sales

• Sales representatives will receive 20% of the eligible sales amount after successful payment/activation by the client.
• Example: If a client purchases a ₹799 plan, the sales commission will be ₹159.80.
• Higher sales volume = higher earning potential.
• There is no fixed salary under this commission-based position.
