Job summary

Skhaira is seeking a Massage Therapist to travel to customer locations and provide professional massage and wellness services booked via the Skhaira platform. You will maintain hygiene, professionalism, and punctuality while performing a range of massage techniques.

You will ensure customer comfort and privacy, adapt to client needs, and carry professional supplies for on-site visits across Pan India. This is a field/home-service role with growth opportunities and customer-focused expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or Wellness Therapist.
• Good knowledge of professional massage techniques.
• Understanding of basic anatomy, muscles and massage safety.
• Ability to provide services independently at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain professional punctuality.
• Understand the customer's service requirements before beginning the session.
• Provide massage services according to the customer's selected service.
• Perform wellness services such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Head & Shoulder, Back & Neck, Foot, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Stress-Relief.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation throughout every appointment.
• Carry and maintain required professional massage supplies and equipment.
• Ensure customer comfort, privacy, and professional boundaries at all times.
• Follow Skhaira safety, hygiene, and professional conduct standards.

• Update appointment status through the Skhaira platform/app as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointment details and service requirements.
• Inform the Skhaira team promptly about delays, cancellations, customer concerns, or other appointment-related issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behavior while visiting customer locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or Wellness Therapist.
• Good knowledge of professional massage techniques.
• Understanding of basic anatomy, muscle groups, and massage safety.
• Ability to provide services independently at customer locations.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable travelling to customer locations within the assigned service area.
• Professional, respectful, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Strong commitment to customer safety, privacy, hygiene, and professional boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Certification or training in massage therapy, wellness, or related fields.
• Experience providing home-service or freelance massage services.
• Knowledge of multiple massage techniques.
• First-aid knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Own transportation is preferred.
