Job summary

Viva Composite Panel Pvt. Ltd. in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our ACP product reach. You will develop dealer networks, engage channel partners, and coordinate with internal teams to close orders.

The role requires 3–7 years of sales experience, a Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing, and strong knowledge of dealer/distributor and channel sales in the building materials sector. Local market presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Building Materials.
• Experience with ACP, Plywood, Laminates, HPL, Glass, Panels, Tiles or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor and channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, fabricators, and channel partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to generate repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
• Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, fabricators, faade consultants, and other influencers.
• Generate leads and follow up regularly for conversion and order closure.
• Promote Viva ACP products and communicate product features, applications, and benefits to customers.
• Ensure strong product visibility and market penetration within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new products, and market trends and provide regular market feedback.
• Coordinate internally with sales coordination, dispatch, accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
• Follow up with customers/channel partners for payments and outstanding collections.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, lead status, and sales MIS.
• Participate in dealer meets, exhibitions, architect meets, and other promotional activities as required.

Candidate Profile
