Job summary

Deltronix in Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing to support the Sales & Marketing function, manage customer relationships, coordinate sales activities, generate leads, and drive business development goals.

The role includes handling inquiries, assisting in quotation processes, ensuring timely order dispatch, maintaining data, and supporting marketing campaigns and events for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales (Preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing existing customers and identifying new customer leads for business growth.
• Handle customer communications, address queries, and support the quotation process.
• Support Sales Head in achieving monthly/quarterly order booking and dispatch targets.
• Maintain customer data, enquiry records, order pipeline, and follow-up documentation.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, order status reports, and customer feedback data.
• Follow-up on payments and commercial documentation.
