Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive oversees agency work, assists in executing marketing campaigns, provides customer care, and builds and converts leads.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream with a diploma in marketing management (FEMALE CANDIDATE).

Experience

4+ years in sales and marketing in FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to individual customers and bulk enquiries via all channels.
• Provide customer care.
• Coordinate with the marketing lead to run campaigns and promotions.
• Support in pop‑up events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports.
• Follow up with leads and assist in onboarding new clients.
• Visit customer offices to close orders.
• Coordinate vendors, customers, and logistics for delivery completion.
• Follow up with customers as per payment terms mentioned in PO.
• Prepare all necessary details such as stationery, product samples, standees, and product catalog for exhibitions, and attend exhibitions.
• Open to travel out of Mumbai within Pan‑India for business meetings and exhibitions.
