Job description

Sales & Client Engagement

• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and business partner networks to pitch insurance products and drive sales.
• Consult with clients to understand their coverage needs, address objections, and effectively convince them to purchase the right policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, supporting their client conversion efforts by providing timely information and assistance.
• Ensure a high conversion rate from lead to policy issuance.

Quotation & Provider Management

• Communicate proactively with various insurance companies and underwriters to secure accurate premium quotations on priority.
• Generate, format, and share customized insurance quotations with clients and partners within strict Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Follow up with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies or delays in quote generation and policy issuance.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain and update the daily Sales MIS tracker with 100% accuracy.
• Log all client interactions, quotes shared, and conversion statuses in the internal CRM or tracking system.
• Prepare and share periodic sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with the management team.
