Job summary

Hinduja Leyland Finance Services Ltd. in Lucknow invites applications for the role of Sales Officer (Trainee). You will identify sourcing contacts, promote schemes, conduct events, and coordinate with managers to drive loan proposals from open market and registered establishments.

Graduate candidates with 0-2 years of experience and age up to 26 are eligible. The role is on rolls with the company; strong communication and basic computer skills are preferred to build a robust local network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any stream.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years.
• Age should not be more than 26 years as on training start date.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads.
• Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and in the market in the location and carryout the activities.
• Conduct events in the premises of such establishments.
• Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments.
• Network with trader’s association / professional association etc for promoting the brand, get the members list and do promotional campaigns.
• Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing.
• Initial screening of the proposal – getting the application from the prospect and screening using the ‘Tab Application; Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the ‘Tab Application.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer.
• Complete post-sanction documentation coordinate for legal and technical evaluation, complete documentation and registration (including registration of mortgage on the property) and draw up loan disbursement schedule based on progress of construction.
• Coordinate for technical visit to check progress in construction and complete disbursement.
• Collection Follow-up.
