Job summary

Goodfit is seeking a Sales Executive for Housing Finance to drive sourcing of Home Loans and LAP opportunities, while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role focuses on direct sourcing and building a strong network with builders, brokers, and referral partners.

You will educate customers on loan products, eligibility, and documentation, coordinating with Credit and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 year minimum in Home Loans or related financial services sales.
• Experience in Home Loan/Mortgage sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and Housing Finance applications through direct and channel-based sourcing.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Educate customers on loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for processing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and source quality business.

About the Role

We are looking for driven and customer-oriented sales professionals to expand our Housing Finance business. The role involves sourcing Home Loan and Loan Against Property opportunities through direct sourcing, referral channels, builders, brokers, and connectors while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and Housing Finance applications through direct and channel-based sourcing.

• Achieve monthly login, sanction, disbursement, and revenue targets.

• Build relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.

• Educate customers on loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans, Housing Finance, LAP, Mortgage Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Real Estate Sales.

• Experience in Home Loan/Mortgage sales preferred.
