Job summary

Hinduja Leyland Finance Services Ltd. is seeking a Sales Officer (Trainee) to identify sourcing contacts and promote schemes across various establishments in the Jhansi region. The role involves events, brochures distribution, and broad market promotion to drive referrals.

The candidate should be a graduate with 0–2 years of experience and be aged up to 26 at training start. This is a permanent on-roll position with a focus on field activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify sourcing contacts and network for referral of leads.
• Propagate company and schemes in commercial, educational, service establishments and in the market.
• Conduct events in client premises to promote offerings.
• Distribute brochures/pamphlets/promotional materials at identified establishments.
• Network with traders'/professional associations to promote the brand and campaigns.
• Identify construction projects in the market through open/direct sourcing.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for pre-sanction appraisal and approvals.

Job Profile:

• Designation: Sales Officer (Trainee).
• This is a permanent job & ON ROLLS of Hinduja Leyland Finance Services Ltd.
• Identify sourcing contacts and network with such contacts for referral of leads.
• Propagate our company and the schemes in all commercial, industrial, educational, service establishments and in the market in the location and carryout the activities.
• Conduct events in the premises of such establishments.
• Distribution of brochures / pamphlets / promotional materials at identified establishments.
• Network with trader’s association / professional association etc for promoting the brand, get the members list and do promotional campaigns.
• Identify construction projects in the market through open market / direct market sourcing.
• Initial screening of the proposal – getting the application from the prospect and screening using the ‘Tab Application; Communicate ‘in principle’ approval based on the customer selection criteria inbuilt in the ‘Tab Application.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for proper appraisal of the proposal, complete the pre-sanction documentation, communicate formal approval of the proposal and collect processing fee from the customer.
• Complete post-sanction documentation coordinate for legal and technical evaluation, complete documentation and registration (including registration of mortgage on the property) and draw up loan disbursement schedule based on progress of construction.
• Coordinate for technical visit to check progress in construction and complete disbursement.
• Collection Follow-up.
