Job summary

FundVice Group in Bengaluru (Bangalore) invites applications for a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for home loans, LAP, and housing finance. Kannada proficiency and a 12th pass (or 10th with ITI/Diploma) are required; freshers welcome.

This on-site role follows a Monday–Saturday schedule with a fixed CTC of 2.5–2.75 LPA, plus performance incentives and benefits like PF, ESI, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Age 18–30 years.
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work on a B2B and B2C sales model.
• Maintain relationships with customers and close loans.
