Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a driven sales leader to oversee end-to-end project sales for real estate developments. You will build and manage a robust broker network, drive closures to meet monthly and annual targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely collections and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strategic market penetration, relationship-building with channel partners, mentoring the sales team, and delivering accurate performance reports to management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project sales operations for assigned real estate projects.
• Develop, expand, and manage a strong channel partner / broker network.
• Drive sales closures and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and drive collections and payment follow-ups in coordination with internal teams.
• Develop effective local market penetration strategies to increase project visibility and sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key channel partners.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Track team productivity, performance, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure a strong customer experience throughout the sales process.
