Role Description

The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, promoting 99Tolet's rental property services, and building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and agents. The Sales Executive will conduct property consultations, explain platform features and pricing, negotiate and close deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include managing leads, maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and achieving defined sales targets. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to local marketing initiatives, and representing the company in client meetings and property visits.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to perform prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation to close deals.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse clients.
• Basic understanding of the real estate or property rental market; prior experience in a related domain is an advantage.
