The candidate will drive market penetration, establish strong channel/client networks across designated regional territories, and achieve sales volume targets for our iron and steel product lines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute robust sales and promotional strategies to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets within assigned regions.
• Business Development & Market Research: Identify prospective B2B clients, industrial buyers, and market opportunities through continuous research and direct field visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain active engagement with existing client accounts to ensure high repeat business, customer satisfaction, and referral generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Marketing and Operations teams to align product supply with market demand and promotional initiatives.
• Sales Analytics & Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze territory performance data, and report key trends to optimize sales cycles and field outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. in any stream.
• Experience: 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or B2B sales (preferably in Iron & Steel, Building Materials, or Heavy Industrial products).
