Responsibilities

• Visit General Trade retailers daily.
• Onboard new retailers onto the DigiDukaan app.
• Complete Retailer KYC and activation.
• Demonstrate app features, schemes, live prices and product catalogue.
• Help retailers place their first order.
• Follow up weekly ordering.
• Encourage retailers to order from multiple distributors through the app.
• Convince retailer to pay the service fee (per order charge) to Qwipo.
• Build retailer relationships and solve adoption issues.

• Follow up regularly and ensure weekly ordering.
• Encourage retailers to order from as many distributors as possible through the app.
• Convince the Retailer to pay the service fee (per order charge) to Qwipo
• Build strong retailer relationships and solve adoption issues.
