Job summary

FitClub is seeking an energetic Sales Executive with a passion for fitness to drive gym memberships and revenue growth at our Gurugram location.

You will handle walk-ins, cold calls, and follow-ups, conduct gym tours, and pitch memberships and fitness programs while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with front desk and trainers.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in gym/fitness.
• Strong communication, customer-facing skills, and target orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and follow-ups for gym memberships.
• Perform cold calling to prospective clients and explain FitClub services and offers.
• Convert leads into active members and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct gym tours and confidently pitch memberships and fitness programs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
