Propeaze in Delhi (Dwarka) seeks a dynamic real estate sales professional to sell villas, apartments, and plots using strong bilingual communication. You will develop market expertise, engage with clients daily, and maintain CRM records to nurture relationships.

The role requires 0-3 years in sales, fluency in Hindi and English, and a good grasp of the local real estate market. Incentives up to 50 L may boost earnings beyond base commission.

Salary: 2.4-4.2 LPA + Incentives up to 50L

Experience: 0-3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills in Hindi and English to sell villas, apartments, and plots.
• Market Expertise: Develop and leverage a deep understanding of real estate markets and geography.
• Engage with clients daily to promote and sell real estate products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
• Maintain CRM systems accurately.
• Schedule 6-8 site visits weekly.
• Make outbound calls

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate market is preferred.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to contact clients regularly, follow up diligently, and manage CRM systems effectively.
