Job summary

V-Guard Industries Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional to expand its Solar Power Systems business by appointing distributors and dealers in the assigned territory. You will drive sales growth, build market presence, and manage relationships with electricians and influencers.

The role requires 1+ years of sales experience in solar or related product lines, strong communication, and local language fluency along with basic English. Training and incentives are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Graduate or BTech in any discipline.
• 1+ years sales experience (solar / lithium / battery / inverter products preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Local language fluency plus basic English; MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Appoint and onboard new distributors and dealers for SPS products.
• Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities and convert retailers.
• Gather competitor insights, pricing and customer feedback.
• Communicate trade schemes, discounts and incentive programs.
• Support distributor billing, collections and credit policy adherence.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Participate in product training and stay updated with launches.
• Track daily sales activities and update DMS/CRM.
• Build relationships with distributors, dealers and influencers.
• Execute in-store promotions, branding and visibility activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across categories.
• Develop and expand the retail network for the territory.

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and onboard new distributors and dealers for SPS products
• Conduct regular market visits, identify new business opportunities, and convert potential retailers.
• Gather competitor insights, pricing information, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
• Communicate and implement trade schemes, discounts, and incentive programs effectively.
• Support distributor billing, collection follow-ups, and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
• Ensure proper stock availability, monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs, and coordinate replenishment.
