Job summary

Basipilates, Delhi, is seeking a proactive front desk associate to welcome members and manage memberships at a premium Pilates studio. You will coordinate client communications and ensure a seamless member experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience with sales exposure. You will use CRM and booking systems to maintain records and drive membership conversions, upholding BASI Pilates' high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or client coordination, preferably in a Pilates or premium fitness studio.
• Prior calling and sales experience is a must.
• Presentable, approachable, and aligned with the premium service standards of BASI Pilates.
• Comfortable using CRM software, booking systems, and basic computer applications.
