Job Summary:

The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, drive client sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You'll lead a team of fitness professionals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

1. Manage studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
3. Monitor client feedback and resolve concerns.

Sales and Marketing:

1. Drive client sales, achieving monthly targets.
2. Devise strategies to retain clients.
3. Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
4. Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.

Financial Management:

1. Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
2. Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.

Leadership:

1. Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
