Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / B.Sc / BBA) or Diploma.
• 14 years of proven field sales experience in Electricals, LED Lighting, Switchgear, Cables, Paints, or FMCG/Building Materials.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of local trade geography.
• Must own a valid two-wheeler and driving license for field travel.

• Dealer and distributor management in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market visits, gather counter orders and coordinate with distributors.
• Expand retail coverage by adding outlets and increasing brand presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue and volume targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, launches and incentives.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers, traders, contractors and influencers.

• Dealer & Distributor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage local dealers, retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Secondary Sales Generation: Conduct regular market visits to retailers, gather counter orders, and coordinate primary billing with distributors.
• Market Expansion: Expand retail coverage by adding new outlets and increasing brand presence in untapped markets.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue and volume targets.
• Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, product launches, and dealer incentive schemes.
• Relationship Building: Build strong long-term relationships with dealers, trade partners, contractors, and local influencers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / B.Sc / BBA) or Diploma.
• Experience: 14 years of proven field sales experience in Electricals, LED Lighting, Switchgear, Cables, Paints, or FMCG/Building Materials.
• Key Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, knowledge of local trade geography (Noida/Ghaziabad), and excellent interpersonal communication.
