Job summary

Meadbery is seeking a results-driven sales professional to re-engage dormant leads, drive repeat purchases, and expand accounts in Zirakpur and nearby areas.

You will maintain CRM records, pursue targets, and provide market feedback while ensuring compliance. This role involves regular follow-ups, reporting, and a focus on growing Meadbery’s customer base in the region.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage and convert abandoned or dormant leads from existing CRM databases.
• Drive repeat purchases and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within Zirakpur and the surrounding territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of 300,000 and above.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, visits, and digital channels.
• Accurately maintain sales records, call logs, and customer data in the CRM.
• Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
• Adhere to all company compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
