Job summary

Woodver Coatings in India is seeking a field sales professional to drive secondary and retail sales across the defined territory. You will identify potential customers, present product information, and build lasting relationships with clients.

You will report daily sales activity, prepare presentations for prospects, and strive to meet monthly sales and collection targets while negotiating terms and closing deals. Market research and feedback reporting are also expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales (direct customers & influencers) , Retail Sales in the defined territory
• Identify potential customers and generate leads
• Understand customer needs, share product information, and build strong relationships
• Report daily sales activity on the tracker
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Meet monthly sales and collection targets for the assigned territory
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and performance
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track industry trends
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
