Job summary

JCB Rajesh Motors in Bharatpur region is seeking a Sales Executive (Field Sales) to generate and close orders for JCB Excavator, Wheel Loader and Compactor through regular field visits in Bharatpur, Dholpur, Bhilwara.

The role requires a graduate or diploma/B-Tech in mechanical or electrical, 2–5 years in earthmoving or CE sectors, and willingness to work in the field. You will engage with civil, infra contractors, mining customers, and aggregates sectors.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma/B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
• 2–5 years of experience in earthmoving or construction equipment sectors.
• Willingness to perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales for JCB excavator, wheel loader and compactor in the assigned territory through regular field visits.
• Meet customers with requirements in earthmoving/construction equipment for mining, civil, infra projects.
• Monitor competitor activity and help target customers proactively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate sales for JCB- Excavator, Wheel Loader & Compactor machines from assigned territory through regular field visit.
• Meeting with customer having requirement forEarthmover/ Construction Equipment ‘s in their day to day business operation like Stone Crushers & Quarries, Mining Customers, Civil & Infra Contractors, Cement plants, Sand & Aggregate Suppliers etc.
• Monitor competitors activity/products and works with management to proactively target customer.

ROLE REQUIRES:

• Min Graduate Or Diploma/ B-Tech ( Mechanical / Electrical)
• 2-5 years of prior working experience in Earthmover/ Construction Equipment/ HCV / Mining Equipment /CE & CV Finance.
• Ready To Do Field Work.
