Astral Pipes in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) invites an Executive/Senior Executive/Area Sales Manager to drive growth in plumbing and allied building materials. The role focuses on achieving targets, expanding dealer networks, and increasing market and counter share through targeted sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of B2C sales experience in building materials and holds a Graduate degree plus MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant B2C sales experience in building material industries.
• Graduation with MBA in Sales & Marketing is required.
• Experience in working with plumbing, bathware or sanitaryware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieving predefined sales targets.
• Executing sales strategies to increase sales, market share and counter share.
• Providing daily updates regarding sales volumes and participating in sales meets.
• Monitoring sales to key dealer accounts and sales to projects.
• Conducting daily field visits to understand the market, build relationships with dealers and focused on sales target achievement.
• Ensuring achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales Plan and targets of respective state.
• Resolving dealer issues and acting as a first contact point for any issues.
