Job summary

GS Teletech is seeking a Sales/Service Engineer for a full-time on-site role based in Kerala, India. You will install, commission, and maintain ELV system equipment at customer sites, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure minimal downtime while documenting activities and reporting findings.

You will also assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations and basic customer training, to ensure high satisfaction and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Perform routine servicing, corrective actions, and part replacements.
• Work independently on-site, manage service calls, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales / Service Engineers role based in Kerala, India. The Sales / Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and providing field service support, while documenting service activities and reporting findings. The engineer will also assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, such as product demonstrations, basic training for customers, and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
