Job summary

NexGen Formworks is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer / Marketing Executive to drive field sales and business development in Hyderabad. You will engage with contractors, builders, engineers, and project teams, gather customer requirements, and present formwork solutions.

The role demands civil engineering knowledge with strong communication, willingness to travel for site visits, and the ability to coordinate across design, production, and site teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering is required.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 2-wheeler with valid license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing and sales activities across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
• Visit construction sites and meet contractors, builders, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Identify new project requirements and generate sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and collect structural/formwork drawings from clients.
• Explain NexGen Formworks products, applications, benefits, and installation methods to customers.
• Coordinate with the Design Team and submit site drawings and customer requirements for technical evaluation.
• Obtain quotations from the Design/Technical Team and present them to customers.
• Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and site execution teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports, site visit reports, and lead updates.
