The role demands 2–5 years of B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical and a strong ability to identify opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects. You will generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate and close deals, understand client requirements for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions, and

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil or Mechanical is required.
• 2–5 years of B2B technical sales experience.
• Prior exposure to formwork, shoring, scaffolding, or construction equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
• Generate leads, qualify inquiries, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order finalization.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Visit project sites and develop business within the assigned territory.

Position: Technical Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
• Generate leads, qualify inquiries, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order finalization.
• Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Visit project sites and develop business within the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Technical Sales / Business Development / Project Sales.
• Experience in Formwork, Shoring, Scaffolding, Construction Equipment, or Construction Industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and CRM.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
