Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical). MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (Worked in organisation of 100+ cr)
• Strong knowledge of LT/HT switchboards & switchgear industry
• Proven track record in revenue growth & large order acquisition
• Strategic sales planning and business expansion capability
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
