Junior System Administrator - IT Department

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join the IT Department at Lubi Electronics, Chiloda, Gandhinagar. The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing basic network and system administration activities, and supporting CCTV and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective support to end users.

Eligibility & Education Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or a related field.
• Additional Certifications (Optional but Valuable): CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft OS / Server Certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to users and handle day-to-day support calls.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11) and business applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Support CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Assist in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines as directed by senior team members.
• Maintain IT asset records, support documentation, and service logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and support activities when required.
