Vert Automation is seeking a Sales Engineer in Raipur to engage with industrial clients, understand their electrical and automation needs, and propose suitable solutions. You will prepare technical and commercial offers, coordinate with internal teams, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Daily duties include market research, documenting customer interactions, and regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Raipur. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial clients to understand their electrical and automation requirements, propose suitable solutions, and prepare technical and commercial offers. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The Sales Engineer will manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing, maintain strong customer relationships, and support after-sales service follow-up. Daily responsibilities also include market research, documentation of customer interactions, and regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for industrial electrical and automation solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
• Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in industrial electrical products, automation systems, or testing and measuring instruments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, visit client locations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and basic cost estimations.
• Self-motivated approach, strong problem-solving mindset, and readiness to learn new technologies and products.
